To apply for verification/certification, manufacturers are required to download the "Sleep Science and Technology Product Verification/Certification Application Form" from the official ISSTA website. The completed form, along with all necessary documentation, testing samples, and proof of payment, should be submitted online or by mail. Please refer to the application guidelines for detailed instructions.

Manufacturers are required to submit a completed “Verification/Certification Application for Sleep Science and Technology Products” based on the specified guidelines. The application will undergo a thorough review by a dedicated review team under the Association’s Global Policy and Standards Committee.

1.Certification Application

• Manufacturer must have a valid business license and factory registration (if applicable).

• Non-manufacturers must provide a valid business license and proof of authorized manufacturing.

• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

2.Product Evaluation

• Product Name: Must comply with trademark laws.

• Product Labeling: Must comply with country's regulations.

• Product Testing: Samples will be tested by a certified laboratory.

　　申請驗證/認證之廠商可至ISSTA官方網站下載『睡眠科學與科技產品驗證/認證申請書』格式，依申請須知內容詳細填寫後，備齊『睡眠科學與科技產品驗證/認證申請書』規定之相關文件資料、檢驗樣品及驗證/認證費用繳費證明，以線上傳送或郵寄方式提出申請。

　　廠商之驗證／認證申請書應依『睡眠科學與科技產品驗證認證申請須知』內容詳細填寫後，由協會『全球政策與規範委員會』專責審查小組逐一審核。​

一、認證申請廠商資格審查
　　 1.廠商(申請認證之廠商非製造廠者須檢附第二項資料) —需領有公司登記證明文件或營利事業登記證之合法廠商。
　　2.製造廠或受委託製造廠(申請認證之廠商即製造廠者無須檢附第一項資料) — 須領有工廠登記證或取得所在國合法製造廠之證明文件。
　　3.若不符以上資格者不予受理。

二、產品之審核及樣品檢測
　　 1.產品名稱之審核：使用之產品名稱不得違反商標法之相關規定，若有使用他人註冊商標或商標授權之名稱，需檢附商標授權相關文件。
　　2.認證產品標示之審核：認證產品之包裝、標籤及說明書等標示，應符合該國產品標示之相關法規規範。
　　3.認證產品之檢測分析與品質審核：可委由本協會認證之實驗室對樣品進行各項檢測，審核方式包括文件書面審查及實驗室檢測分析報告審查
